If my personal Growth Hacking up to a very now is an off-key train journey, I think, it consisted of three on-key stations: While the 1st is the most pure and venturous; the 2nd is, by turn, hurt and harsh; the final, however, is simple: INNOVATIVE CORE.

I want to live full in a limited age.

Though no boundary exists is a highly recommended way to innovate in the fast-paced generation now, to me, after 10-year exploration & analysis, I have concluded that would better set core boundary on “IN” and “OUT” of myself. Why? Two reasons:

The 1st: Boundary is private Insecurity.

Insecurity is a deep-rooted fear and uncomfortable status of people in certain situations, not permanent or settled.

“It is always good to work with people who make you feel insecure about yourself. That way, you will constantly keep pushing your limits.”,CEO of Google Sundar Pichai said

Steve Job is with deeply insecurity for most of his life; INTP (Based on MBTI Test) with inccuracy insecurity; Obsessive Compulsive Disorder patient with an action of checking things repeatly. To my personal definition, Insercurity is IN, meaning deepest inside parts of a person. It is private. Surprisingly, according to study result, people can notice and control themself to get out of that insecurity and lead to the best version of themself due to instinctive reflextion and perception . Moreover, according to number four of Ten principles of Economics: “People respond to incentives”, we can easily notice that the most incentive ever is the most private insecurity of every person.

So, to me, insecurity is not kinda hinderness according to society’s definition. Instead, it makes people human and help people understand the deapest of themself.

The 2nd: Boundary is a set of innovative core

In fact, I used to be highly risky like a child having faced with new venture and passion in my gap education year. After restless failure as well as short-term success, I thought, directionlessness played as the only core poisionous virus burying any plans to hopelessness. Actually, it helped. But another problem came up when I highly focused on direction: I might be too strict and not adaptable to new mistakes and changes. So, should I keep on hitting troubles, waste too much re-charge time and make changes, while that action always follows re-structurization on add-up basis?

Yup, finally got it.

That’s it: set INNOVATIVE CORE and then move on explorating as most as possible.

Innovative core not only help me identify my stable core value, but also save me time and money. It is the foundation of innovation.
